1.   To secure a tee time, members need to sign up on the online Tee Sheet (link above). Alternatively if desired, you may sign up by calling the Pro Shop at 703-631-3300. Members may sign up no more than 2 weeks prior to the date of play. The Tee Sheet will be opened for sign up every Tuesday at 7 pm for dates 2 weeks in advance. If the tee times are full, members who do not have a tee time can sign up to be on the wait list for that date on the Tee Sheet.

2.   Members should check-in at the Pro Shop and be ready to tee off at least 15 minutes before their start time.

3.   If you are running late for your tee time, please call the Pro Shop to notify them as soon as possible. If necessary, another player may be moved up into your place and you may be moved to a later group to ensure pace of play.

4.   If you must cancel your tee time, please remove your name from the Tee Sheet as soon as possible, as a courtesy to other members who may wish to play. If there are members on the wait list when you cancel, please insert the first name into your canceled slot. If you must cancel on the same day of your tee time, please call the Pro Shop at 703-631-3300.
